Middle-school bandits nab dog treats and soft drink

According to Anchorage police spokesman Lt. David Parker, a juvenile reported a theft Nov. 11 a little after 5 p.m. The victim told police that two middle school-aged youths stole a 20-ounce bottle of Sprite and doggie treats from near the monkey bars at Alpenglow Elementary, where he had left them. No suspects were located.
