Marco Morimanno, 28 of Eagle River, was arrested Oct. 9 for DWI and Misconduct Involving a Weapon 4th degree after he was found slumped over the steering wheel of his car on Button Circle. He was found to be in possession of a semi-automatic handgun while intoxicated. His blood alcohol was measured at a more than double the legal limit of 0.08.
