Emma Kay Carr, infant, had an uncontrollable smile

June 9, 2009 Aug. 11, 2009

Emma Kay Carr, infant daughter of Stephen and Molly Carr, died unexpectedly on Aug. 11, 2009, at Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage.

A funeral service was held Saturday at Riverside Community Church in Eagle River. Burial services were at Anchorage Memorial Park Cemetery.

Her family wrote, "that precious and beautiful Emma's uncontrollable smiles, coos, and carefree movements signified a baby wrapped in peace, love, and gentleness. A child of God, Emma will be showered with angels' kisses and remain in her Father's house until she is once again reunited with her loving family. We cannot wait to see Emma again. Our thoughts are always with her."

"The Lord is my Shepherd, I shall not want. He makes me lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside quiet water, He restores my soul." Psalms 23

Emma Kay Carr is survived by her mother and father, Molly and Stephen Carr; brother and sister, Jake and Katie Carr.
