Regulatory commission approves change to ENSTAR budget billing

The Regulatory Commission of Alaska approved a change to the ENSTAR budget billing program to allow those who had underpayments from the 2008-2009 budget billing year to roll the difference into the next budget billing plan year.

The Consumer Protection Section of the RCA received numerous complaints that underpayments resulting from the 2008-2009 budget billing year were too high.
