The Chugiak-Eagle River Chamber of Commerce hosts a Chamber Luncheon Forum noon Wednesday in the Eagle River Elks banquet room, 17111 N. Eagle River Loop Road. The Chamber, in conjunction with the Chugiak-Eagle River Foundation will give out its 2010 Excellence in Education Awards to recipients in each of the 12 public schools in the area.
