Gun-wielding drunk arrested at his home
Anchorage police arrested Calvin Evans, 64, of Eagle River, Jan. 20 after the department was called to his home. Evans was drunk and in possession of a revolver, which he refused to relinquish when instructed to by officers, according to department spokesman Lt. David Parker. Evans was charged with misconduct involving a weapon and an outstanding warrant. His bail was set at $3,000.
